When you request an audit

We use your name, email, property type, number of connections, subject and project description to respond to your enquiry and plan next steps. The request is emailed to [email protected], and an acknowledgement is sent to your address using Brevo’s email service. Please share only information needed for your project.

Protecting the enquiry form

Google reCAPTCHA checks help prevent automated spam. The check sends a security token to our server for verification with Google. reCAPTCHA may process browser and device information and use cookies as part of its security checks. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. Our server also applies short-lived request limits to reduce abuse.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics measures page visits and successful audit submissions to help us improve the website. We don’t send the enquiry form’s contents to Analytics. Advertising personalisation is disabled. Analytics is not loaded before you allow it; declining does not stop you from using the website or submitting an enquiry.

Your choice is remembered in your browser. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it, or clear your browser’s website data. Blocking scripts or cookies can prevent measurement.
